Job Description
♦️Managing all aspects of the branch’s day-to-day operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.ç
Setting and achieving sales targets and goals for the branch.
♦️Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
♦️Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
♦️Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
♦️Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
♦️Analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
♦️Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
♦️Collaborating with other departments or branches to share best practices and achieve company-wide objectives.
Requirements
♦️Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or in related course with 2-5 years experience.
♦️Proficiency in project management tools and software.
♦️Must have experience managing multiple outlets or branches.
