Key Responsibilities
♦️Oversee and coordinate administrative procedures and systems, including but not limited to office supplies procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations.
♦️Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, including administrative assistants and support staff.
♦️Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
♦️Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and legislation.
♦️Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, and manage executive schedules as needed.
♦️Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, scheduling, and coordination with external stakeholders.
♦️Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
♦️Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for administrative expenses.
♦️Provide administrative support to various departments and senior management as required.
♦️Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
♦️Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
♦️Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
♦️B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
♦️At least 5 years of experience in administrative management or a similar role.
♦️Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
♦️Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
♦️Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
