Job Responsibilities
♦️Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable whilst producing error-free accounting reports and presenting their results.
♦️Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
♦️Monitor and measure operational efficiency of the organization by detecting and eliminating fraud and ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
♦️Monitor and provide advice to management to minimize risks resulting from poor controls whilst overseeing account operations.
♦️Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls (SOP).
♦️Carryout monthly review on business performance and report same to the management – management account.
Requirements
♦️Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or its equivalent from a reputable institution.
♦️Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably within the Facilities Management/ Real Estate industry or related industries.
♦️Must possess good communication skills both written and oral with the ability to use MS Office packages
♦️Knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
♦️Awareness of business trends and familiarity with financial accounting statements
♦️Experience in cash flow management and reporting.
