Responsibilities
♦️Ensure access to the Intelligence Division is restricted.
♦️Manage supplies stock and notify the Manager on replenishment.
♦️Organize filing system for important and confidential documents.
♦️Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
♦️Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and Paid ♦️Time Off (PTO) requests.
Update internal databases with new hire information.
♦️Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
♦️Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
♦️Publish and remove job ads.
Qualifications
♦️Possession of a Minimum of HND / B.Sc ♦️Degree in Administration and Personnel Management. Applicants with higher qualifications and from other fields are encouraged to apply.
Nigerian Citizen (Dual Nigerian citizens also eligible).
♦️Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
♦️Attention to detail
Willingness to move to the Remo, Ogun State, Nigeria.
♦️Able to complete security and medical evaluations.
