Responsibilities
♦️Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
♦️Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
♦️Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
♦️Maintain contact lists and handle email correspondence.
♦️Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
♦️Support the onboarding process for new employees and volunteers.
♦️Assist in the planning and execution of company events and training sessions.
♦️Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
♦️Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Requirements
♦️Proven administrative experience.
♦️Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
♦️Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
♦️Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
♦️Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
♦️Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
♦️At least a degree; additional qualification as an Administrative officer or Secretary will be a plus.
