Summary of Responsibilities
♦️Oversee general office administration.
♦️Ensure smooth and professional front desk operations, creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, customers, and clients.
♦️Organize and maintain databases, filing systems, and all incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure easy access and proper documentation.
♦️Prepare and manage office documentation,
including typing and taking minutes during meetings, compiling and preparing detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
♦️Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
♦️Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels and timely procurement of necessary items e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

♦️HND / BSc in social science or related field.
♦️Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
♦️Strong organisation skills and good attention to details.
♦️Basic office administrative exposure.
♦️Good communication skill i.e both verbal and written.
♦️Problem solving skills.
♦️Ability to work with less supervision.
♦️Computer savvy with proficiency in
