Responsibilities
♦️Greeting Guests: Welcoming customers warmly and escorting them to their tables.
♦️Taking Orders: Writing down or entering food and drink orders accurately.
♦️Serving Food and Drinks: Delivering orders promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
♦️Answering Questions: Providing information about the menu, ingredients, and specials.
♦️Handling Payments: Processing bills, accepting payments, and providing receipts.
♦️Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping tables and the dining area tidy and ready for new guests.
♦️Addressing Issues: Resolving customer complaints or requests courteously.
Requirements
♦️No formal education required.
♦️Verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
♦️Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
♦️Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
♦️Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (preferred).
♦️Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for long hours.
♦️Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in orders and service.
♦️Ability to remain calm under pressure.
♦️Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
♦️Familiarity with POS system.
