Responsibilities
♦️Being the point of contact for general communications with the CEO
♦️Answering calls and routing them to the right person.
♦️Make travel arrangements for and keep track of itineraries for the CEO
♦️Planning and scheduling meetings
♦️Handling memos, reports, invoices, and related documents, including sensitive information.
♦️Providing complete administrative support and acting as a virtual assistant
♦️Using technical tools and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, especially text processing software and Excel spreadsheets.
Requirements
♦️Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with relevant work experience.
♦️Gender: Male preferably for gender balance.
