Job Description:
♦️Maintain adequate records and information for all employees of the Company.
♦️Manage the Employee recruitment process for new employees
♦️preparing the Payroll Package for monthly
♦️Management of Employee Health and Medical Care Scheme with Health Service provider.
♦️Co-ordinate and monitor an effective Employee appraisal process for bi-annual performance measurement
Requirements:
♦️B.Sc Industrial Relations/ Human Resource or any relevant field
♦️Member – The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
♦️Proficiency in the use of Human Resources and Employee Self Service enterprise-wide packages.
♦️Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position.
♦️Good oral and written communication skills
♦️Good understanding of the employee recruitment process
♦️Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, sound judgment and tact
