Responsibilities
♦️Posting accounting/ financial data into the company’s accounting system.
♦️Record and update sales invoices, receipts and payments in the control excel document.
♦️Preparing and monitoring budgets before expenses are incurred.
♦️Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement.
♦️Remittance of Withholding Taxes and Personal Income Taxes
♦️Record raw materials and finished goods inventory in the control excel document daily.
♦️Manage petty cash imprest and transactions and ensure that petty cash policy is strictly adhered to.
♦️Monitor and record the purchase, tagging, departmental movement, and salvage of fixed asset.
♦️Process cash advance reimbursement forms.
♦️Management of Fixed Asset

Qualifications
♦️Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
♦️Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
♦️Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
♦️Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
♦️Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
♦️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
♦️Organizational and time management abilities.
♦️Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
♦️Ethical and trustworthy with financial data and transactions.
♦️The applicant must be a resident of ketu-Ikosi and its environs and ready to resume immediately.
