Responsibilities
♦️Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
♦️Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
♦️Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback to employees.
♦️Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
♦️Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
♦️HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
♦️HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements
♦️Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
♦️Proven work experience in HR roles, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
♦️Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
♦️Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
♦️Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
♦️Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively.
