Job Description
♦️Greet and welcome guests that come to the office premises in a friendly & professional manner.
♦️Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
♦️Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office as per the defined procedure.
♦️Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
♦️Provide basic and accurate information about the organization in person and via phone/email.
♦️Receive, register, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/documents .
♦️Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc.
♦️Provide excellent customer service.
♦️Coordinateoffice activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
♦️Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
♦️Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
♦️Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
♦️Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
♦️Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
♦️Trackstocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
♦️Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

♦️Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
♦️Minimum of two(2) years’ experience in managing a administration and customer service.
♦️Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience as a front desk officer is also helpful.
♦️Excellent organizational and coordination skills
♦️Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
