Job Description
♦️Oversee and coordinate day to day construction and development at all sites of the organization
♦️Interpret designs, bill of quantities, architectural and structural designs and adhere to company’s specifications.
♦️Working with external contractors to make sure the jobs are properly executed.
♦️Ensure quality of jobs done at the sites.
♦️Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, and plans) and report regularly on project status.
Job Requirements
♦️Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or other related field.
♦️Must have completed NYSC.
♦️Must have 2-6 years post NYSC Experience in a similar role
♦️Needed for immediate employment
♦️Must reside in Ibadan.
