Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Location: Ibadan

Summary

The Sales Manager must be high-performing to help the organisation meet revenue targets, customer acquisition and achieve sales quotas. The Sales Manager must have a deep understanding of the customer base, create and nurture high performance sales teams; drafting sales plans; and lead them to generate hit revenue forecasts and meet customer needs.

The Sales Manager shall report directly to the General Manager (Commercial).

Requirements

♦️HND/BSC Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business

Administration, or any other related filed.

♦️Minimum of 8 years working experience with last 3 years as Regional Sales Manager/ Area Sales Manager or any similar senior sales role.

♦️Successful previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar

senior sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

♦️Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all

levels of the organization

♦️Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

♦️Strong business sense and industry expertise

♦️Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

♦️Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

♦️Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)

♦️Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills

♦️Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

♦️Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

♦️Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

Salary: #250k NET
