Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Inoculator / Operator to join our team. The Inoculator / Operator will play a crucial role in our laboratory operations by ensuring the accurate and efficient inoculation of samples as per protocols and operating various equipment necessary for the process.
Responsibilities
♦️Perform inoculation of samples according to established protocols and procedures.
♦️Operate and maintain equipment required for the inoculation process, ensuring proper functioning and calibration.
♦️Prepare and maintain accurate records of inoculation activities, including sample information, experimental conditions, and results.
♦️Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the inoculation process, ensuring the timely resolution to minimize disruptions.
♦️Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
♦️Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in the laboratory.
♦️Assist in other laboratory tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
♦️Previous experience in a laboratory setting, preferably with experience in sample inoculation and operation of laboratory equipment.
♦️Strong understanding of laboratory protocols and procedures, including aseptic techniques and safety practices.
♦️Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
♦️Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
♦️Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
♦️Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
♦️Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
♦️Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
