Responsibilities
♦️Coordinate daily monitoring and evaluation of safety principles and staff compliance,
♦️Monitor and enforce food safety regulations,
♦️Ensure all the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points are adequately identified, monitored, and controlled,
♦️Enforce food safety program and procedures, GMP policy and personal hygiene policies.
♦️Perform and record Food Safety inspection and report any irregularities and take proper corrective action.
♦️Verify and communicate to appropriate departments any findings as it relates to food safety issues.
♦️Report and assist with correcting any unsanitary conditions in food preparation and food storage/receiving area.
♦️Report any required maintenance/replacement of food preparation equipment, surfaces, and tools.
♦️Assist to maintain, and update all records, manuals, training procedures, product specification documents.
♦️Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual basis,
♦️Deliver toolbox talks,
♦️Respond efficiently and accurately to client inquiries and queries on safety processes,
♦️Train new and current employees on proper safety practices,
♦️Design and implement policies and protocols that will maintain excellent safety standards.

Requirements and Skills
♦️Ability to communicate well professionally and in English is a must,
♦️A Degree holder in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
♦️Proven work experience as a Food Safety Officer, Quality Control Officer, or similar role,
♦️Food Safety Certification e.g. HAACP, ISO 22000, CIEH, NEBOSH, IOSH, and other relevant certifications
♦️Quality Control, GMP, HSE, FSSC, Quality Management System, food safety, reporting, auditing, process improvement,
♦️Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customercontrolled,
♦️Enforce food safety program and procedures, GMP policy and personal hygiene policies.
♦️Perform and record Food Safety inspection and report any irregularities and take proper corrective action.
