Responsibilities
♦️Onboard new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones
♦️Leverage client relationships and detailed ♦️knowledge of clients’ commercial processes to ensure predictable execution of deals against quarterly and annual targets
♦️Responsible for establishing goals and standards, implementing plans, and providing resources to drive profitability
♦️Meets/exceeds client expectations and drives profitable business growth by delivering client results
♦️Make appointments to present products to wholesalers, beauticians, existing and potential clients
♦️Persuade clients to buy the company’s products and meet sales targets.
♦️Keep detailed records of contacts, sales, and reporting information back to the team lead about customer needs
♦️Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager
♦️Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
♦️Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products
♦️Participate in quality improvement of slow-selling products and program development activities.
♦️Act as a liaison between the customer, and the company for their services as needed
♦️Develop personal relationships/contacts with major cosmetics dealers, supermarkets, and key areas.

Qualifications
♦️Degree in any field with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role preferably cosmetic industry.
Demonstrable ability to meet sales/distribution targets, distributors etc.
♦️Ability to work with minimal direction and to take the initiative to follow up on customers/clients.
♦️Ability to recognize relationship challenges with customers/clients, and the ability to initiate appropriate action to resolve them.
Between 30-35 years of age.

Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 monthly.
