Job Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk Officer / Secretary to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, answering calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and providing overall support to our legal team.We prefer a candidate who is a lady, lives in or around Jabi or Utako FCT, and is eager to be a part of a growing start-up firm.

Key Responsibilities
♦️Managing of Administrative tasks and support like answering calls, scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings
♦️Managing client records and documents
♦️Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
♦️Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.
♦️Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
♦️Assist with client billing and invoicing when necessary
♦️Ensuring proper maintenance of the office space and environment.

Qualifications
♦️Minimum of an OND, a Diploma or Degree in a related field is an added advantage.
♦️Previous experience in a legal or corporate environment is a plus but not essential.

Requirements:
♦️Preferably a female candidate living in or around Jabi or Utako, FCT, Abuja.
♦️Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role (experience in a legal firm is a plus).
♦️Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
♦️Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
♦️Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
♦️Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
♦️Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures (a plus, but not required).
♦️A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and ability to multitask.
