Responsibilities

♦️Administrative duties:Maintaining the front desk, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and health policies
♦️Communicating with other departments:Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
♦️Greeting guests:Welcoming guests and providing a great first impression
♦️Managing reservations:Taking reservations, updating guest information, and ensuring bookings are accurate
♦️Check-in and check-out:Registering guests, allocating rooms, and managing the check-out process.
Requirements
♦️HND / OND qualification with 2 years of experience.
