Job Responsibilities
♦️Onboarding Realtors:
You will identify, recruit, and onboard experienced individual realtors, realtor groups, and emerging realtors to sell the company’s properties.
♦️Community Building:
You will build and nurture a strong, motivated community of realtors who are passionate about selling our properties.
♦️Training & Development:
You will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to onboarded realtors, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for success.
♦️Retention Strategy:
You will develop and implement a robust retention plan to keep realtors engaged and loyal to the Company, ensuring long-term collaboration.
♦️Relationship Management:
You will establish and maintain strong relationships with realtors, providing them with the resources, guidance, and motivation necessary to achieve their sales targets.
Requirements
♦️Experience in community building or managing a network of professionals, with a focus on driving sales growth.
♦️Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
♦️Charismatic and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
♦️Familiarity with the workings of realtors and the broader real estate industry.
