♦️Proficient in overseeing and streamlining end-to-end admissions workflows, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
♦️Strong IT Background and you must be proficient in the use of Microsoft office and other software is essential.
♦️Experienced in evaluating applications for eligibility and alignment with institutional standards, with attention to detail in decision-making.
♦️Experience in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and coordinating and ensuring financial sustainability and accessibility.
♦️Strong analytical skills with the ability to track admissions metrics, interpret data trends, and prepare actionable reports for leadership.
♦️Excellent communication abilities for engaging with prospective students, families, and staff; adept at guiding stakeholders through the admissions process.
♦️Proven experience in training and managing admissions staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
♦️Knowledgeable in compliance requirements, ensuring admissions practices adhere to institutional, regulatory, and diversity standards.
♦️Skilled in collaborating with academic, and marketing teams to provide a cohesive admissions experience.
♦️Skilled in developing targeted recruitment plans and outreach activities, including digital campaigns, high school visits, and campus events.
♦️Skilled in Managing and Reporting.
