Role Description
♦️As a Customer Support Receptionist at Cirvee, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves managing inquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, promoting services, and converting inquiries into sales. You will handle inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, online chats, and messaging platforms, while providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams will be key to meeting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
♦️Greet and assist visitors, manage check-ins/check-outs, and ensure a positive customer experience
♦️Promote Cirvee’s services, convert inquiries into sales, and upsell additional products
♦️Respond to customer inquiries across phone, chat, and messaging platforms
♦️Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and engage existing students
♦️Build strong customer relationships, address concerns, and ensure high retention
Process payments, maintain accurate customer data, and update records
♦️Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to achieve business goals
Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Qualifications
♦️Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
♦️2+ years of experience in customer service, front desk, or sales roles
♦️Proficiency in CRM and office management software
♦️Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
♦️Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
♦️Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first approach
♦️Sales-driven with a track record of successful conversions
♦️Comfortable with online inquiries and messaging platforms
