Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, detail-oriented, and result-driven individual with a background in Accounting, Economics or bookkeeping and 1-2 years of sales-related work experience to join our team in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day transactions and record keeping of the company.
Key Responsibilities
♦️Documenting financial transactions.
♦️Monitoring the efficiency of existing accounting procedures and ensuring they comply with Mikchema Pharma Ltd policies.
♦️Reviewing financial documents to resolve any discrepancies and irregularities.
♦️Reconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactions.
♦️Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
♦️Cooperating with auditors in preparing audit reports.
♦️Providing guidance on revenue enhancement, cost reduction and profit maximization.
♦️Preparing and analyzing financial statements like cash flow statements, balance sheet, and profit and loss statements.
♦️Submitting annual tax returns.
Qualifications
♦️Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, or a related field.
♦️1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
♦️Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
♦️Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
♦️Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
♦️Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
