Job Title: Head Teacher

*Job Summary*
🚨️We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to work in a private owned school with strong knowledge of teaching, good leadership skills, business management skills.
🚨The ideal candidate must possess an excellent time management abilities, being approachable to parents, staff, and students / pupils, great interpersonal skills, and being organised.
🚨 He/she must possess excellent and effective communication skills, ability to teach and design courses, having the ability to be firm when necessary, openness and flexibility, and must have desire, interest and ability to work with children.
*Key Responsibilities*
🩸Create a productive learning environment for staff and students.
🩸Developing and maintaining school policies and rules.
🩸The motivation, management, and discipline of staff.
🩸Making sure that teachers have access to important educational resources
🩸Overseeing the recruitment process within the school
🩸Creating and maintaining a positive, organised, and rewarding teaching and learning environment.
🩸Listening to staff and students about issues in the school and reacting accordingly.
🩸Organising school events and providing the school with educational vision.
*Requirements:*
🔶 ️Candidates must possess a B.Sc. Degree or MSC in any education course with a minimum of second class upper from any recognised university.
🔶 5 years post-NYSC relevant teaching experience.
🔶 Candidate must have minimum of *5 years* teaching experience in a school as well as minimum of *2 years* of experience as a Deputy Head or Senior Manager of a school.
🔶 Strong ability to multi-task.
🔶 Very high proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
🔶 Age range between age 25 – 35 years
*Salary Range:* N200,000 – N250,000 (Monthly)
