Job Description
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, reservations, and providing information about products or services.
Key Responsibilities
♦️Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
♦️Handle reservations, bookings, or orders
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally
♦️Manage administrative tasks, including record keeping and filing
♦️Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Qualifications
OND / HND / B.Sc
1 year experience
Good communication skills.
Salary
N50,000 monthly.
