Duties
♦️Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
♦️Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
♦️Oversee and coach employees
♦️Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
♦️Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
♦️Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
♦️Execute other tasks assigned by the top management. etc.
Requirements
♦️Qualification: minimum of OND
♦️Experience: 1 – 3 years.
Skills:
♦️Effective communication
♦️Sound Computer knowledge ( especially Excel package)
♦️Had an experience as a supervisor or similar role.
♦️Can withstand pressure and deliver at utmost best.
♦️Open to learn.
♦️A team player.
♦️Transparent and dedicated to the job. Etc.
